It occupies 110 × 140 cm of floor.

• Resistance from your own body weight

• 15 levels, 10 to 150 percent

• One-handed adjustment lever

• No plates, nearly silent

• 98 kg machine

The Inspire BL1 is the body-lift multi-gym in Inspire Fitness’s home range, delivering a complete upper- and lower-body workout in a compact design. This unique machine uses the user’s own body weight for resistance instead of traditional weights, so it is powerful yet quiet, and the one-handed adjustment lever offers 15 resistance levels from 10 to 150 percent of total body weight for an efficient, personalised workout at any fitness level.

Who is this machine for?

The BL1 suits apartments and homes in India where noise, floor loading and plate storage rule out a weight stack, and families whose members range from beginners to strong lifters, since resistance scales to each user.

Stations and exercises

Lat pulldowns and rows train the back and biceps; presses the chest, shoulders and triceps; curls the biceps; leg exercises the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes; the optional ab bar and sport handle extend the core and arm work. Every movement is loaded by a set percentage of the user’s weight.

Build quality and adjustment

The frame is heavy-duty steel in matte-black electrostatic powder coat, resistance is set by a one-handed slide through 15 levels, and the kit includes a revolving curl bar and a steel lat bar, with a sport handle and ab bar as options. The machine weighs 98 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness machine, it is built from heavy-duty steel with an electrostatic matte-black powder coat, polyurethane-coated steel cables on precision ball-bearing pulleys for Inspire’s smooth-glide, friction-free feel, and a 2:1 resistance ratio that gives long cable travel for functional movement. Inspire backs the frame with a limited lifetime warranty for home use.

Space and installation

The BL1 measures 110 × 140 × 226 cm (43" × 55" × 89") (L × W × H). The BL1 measures 110 × 140 cm (W × L) and up to 226 cm tall. Allow about 0.6 m clear at the seat and at least 2.4 m of ceiling height. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the gym.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and adjustment slide monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Inspire BL1 create resistance without weights?

The user sits on a sliding carriage and the lever changes how much of their body weight the cables lift, from 10 to 150 percent, so resistance scales automatically to each person.

Is the Inspire BL1 suitable for apartments?

Yes. With no weight stack or plates it is nearly silent, light at 98 kg, and needs no reinforced floor.

What warranty does the Inspire BL1 have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.

What is the price of the Inspire BL1 body lift multi-gym in India?
