The TRUE Apex Elliptical is a commercial cross-trainer built around TRUE’s patented Core Drive system, which centres the user over the drive for a stable, upright stride. • Core Drive system for a balanced, upright stride

• 30 resistance levels up to 600 watts

• 53 cm stride with cushioned anti-fatigue footpads

• Cardio 360 total-body programming

• 181 kg maximum user weight

The TRUE Apex Elliptical is the performance elliptical in TRUE Fitness’s commercial cardio line. TRUE’s patented Core Drive system places the drive housing in front of the user rather than behind, so body weight stays centred and the stride feels stable at any intensity. A hybrid self-generating brake gives 30 resistance levels up to a 600-watt maximum workload, and with the LED console the machine runs without a mains socket.

Who is this elliptical for?

The Apex Elliptical suits high-traffic commercial gyms, athletic training centres, university and corporate fitness centres and premium hotel gyms that need a low-impact machine capable of hard interval work. Its 181 kg maximum user weight, 20 cm step-up height and extended handrails suit a broad membership.

Key workout benefits

Cardio 360 programming guides total-body sessions with upper-body and lower-body isolation modes, so one machine covers steady cardio, arm-focused intervals and leg-focused climbs. The 600-watt ceiling gives strong users real resistance at the top end, and the dual-stage drive keeps the motion smooth across all 30 levels.

Heart rate is read through contact grips, with Polar-compatible Bluetooth monitoring, and HRC Cruise Control holds a target heart rate by adjusting resistance.

Build quality and user experience

Soft-step cushioned anti-fatigue footpads reduce foot fatigue on long sessions, ergonomic exercise arms wear moisture-resistant sleeves, and anodized brushed-aluminium side steps give a secure place to stand. The frame is robotically welded heavy-gauge steel, the Q-factor of 6.35 cm keeps the feet in a natural hip-width stance, and two rear transport wheels make repositioning possible.

Ecofit asset management lets facilities track usage and service across their TRUE fleet.

Space, installation and power

The Apex Elliptical occupies 168 × 86 cm of floor and stands 163 cm tall; allow for the 185 cm active footprint when the arms are in motion and leave about 0.6 m clear on each side for mounting and dismounting. Check ceiling height for the tallest user at the top of the stride. With the UNITE LED console the machine is self-powered; the touchscreen consoles need a mains socket, which our team arranges before delivery.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handles, footpads, side steps and console after each session and keep the rails and pedal arms free of dust and sweat. Check footpad and handle fasteners monthly. If the stride develops play or noise, or resistance becomes uneven, book a service visit rather than opening the housing.

Frequently asked questions

What is Core Drive on the TRUE Apex Elliptical?

Core Drive is TRUE’s patented design that positions the drive in front of the user, keeping body weight centred over the machine. The result is a stable, upright stride with less stress on the lower back than a rear-drive elliptical.

Does the TRUE Apex Elliptical need to be plugged in?

With the UNITE LED console the Apex Elliptical is self-generating and needs no mains socket. The UNITE 10-inch, 16-inch and 22-inch touchscreen consoles require mains power.

What is the difference between the TRUE Apex and Gravity ellipticals?

Both share Core Drive, Cardio 360, a 53 cm stride, 30 resistance levels and a 181 kg user limit. The Apex has a 600-watt maximum workload, aluminium side steps and a 168 cm frame, while the Gravity has a 450-watt maximum and a shorter 160 cm frame.

What warranty does the TRUE Apex Elliptical have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this elliptical, covering frame, major moving parts and electronics on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
