The Inspire CBA Aluminium EZ Curl Bar is a home and studio 61 cm anodised aluminium EZ curl bar attachment from Inspire’s Inspire Fitness accessories series, built for anyone who wants a light curl bar that spares the wrists and elbows. An ergonomic EZ grip reduces strain on the wrists and elbows, and anodised aluminium keeps the 61 cm bar light at 1 kg for curls, pushdowns and extensions on a single pulley. It occupies 8 × 61 cm of floor.

• 61 cm, single pulley

• Wrist- and elbow-friendly

The Inspire CBA aluminium EZ curl bar is engineered for optimal arm workouts on a functional trainer. Its ergonomic grip reduces strain on the wrists and elbows so the user can focus on the biceps, triceps and forearms, and the high-quality anodised aluminium gives a light, durable bar.

Who is this machine for?

The CBA suits home and studio users in India who want a curl bar that is easy on the joints and light enough for beginners and rehabilitation work.

Exercises it supports

Cable curls train the biceps; reverse curls the forearms and brachioradialis; triceps pushdowns and overhead extensions the triceps; the angled grip keeps the wrists in a neutral position.

Build quality and compatibility

The bar is silver anodised aluminium with an EZ-curl profile, 8 × 61 cm, weighing 1 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness attachment, it is built to commercial-grade standards to match the FT1, FTX, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS trainers and the M-series multi-gyms, and its carabiner or hook fitting is universal, so it works on most cable machines and functional trainers from other brands too.

Space and installation

The CBA measures 8 × 61 cm (3" × 24") (L × W × H). Clips to a single pulley; stores on the trainer’s accessory rack.

Care and maintenance

Wipe grips and padding after use and store on the trainer’s accessory rack. Check stitching, hooks, carabiners and swivels monthly and retire any attachment that frays or cracks.
