Luxe Fitness is proud to offer Upto 5 years warranty on our fitness equipment, reflecting our commitment to quality and durability. With 28+ years of industry expertise through our partner ACME Fitness, we carefully curate products that are built to last. Warranty coverage varies by product category, brand, and component as outlined below.

## Warranty Coverage

Our warranty terms are structured by equipment component to provide comprehensive protection:

- Frame and structural components: Up to 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects
- Motor (for motorised treadmills and other motorised equipment): Up to 3 years warranty
- Moving and mechanical parts (belts, pulleys, cables, bearings, rollers): Up to 3 years warranty
- Electronic console, display, and control panels: Up to 1 year warranty
- Upholstery, padding, and rubber components: Up to 1 year warranty
- Wearable parts and consumables (grips, resistance bands, floor mats): No warranty coverage; these are subject to natural wear and tear

## Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

- The product was purchased directly from Luxe Fitness (through our website or authorised channels)
- The product was installed by our authorised installation team (for equipment requiring professional installation)
- The product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and for its intended purpose
- Regular maintenance has been performed as recommended in the product manual
- The product has not been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorised personnel

## What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Damage caused by improper installation not performed by our authorised team
- Normal wear and tear of consumable and wearable parts
- Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or use without a recommended voltage stabiliser
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and discolouration that do not affect functionality
- Products used in commercial settings when purchased under a residential/home-use warranty plan
- Products where the serial number or identification label has been removed, altered, or made illegible

## Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue
- Share photographs or videos of the defect for initial assessment
- Our technical team will review your claim and may schedule an on-site inspection if necessary
- Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement of the defective part, or full replacement of the unit at our discretion

## Service Turnaround

We aim to resolve warranty claims within 10 to 15 business days from the date of claim approval. Complex claims involving replacement parts that need to be sourced from the manufacturer may take up to 30 business days. We will keep you informed of the progress throughout the process.

## Extended Warranty

Extended warranty options may be available for select products at an additional cost. Details regarding extended warranty plans will be communicated at the time of purchase or can be enquired about by contacting our sales team.

## Transferability

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Resale or transfer of ownership voids the warranty.

## Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
