# Shipping Policy

## Overview

Luxe Fitness ships premium fitness equipment across India. We strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy details our delivery terms, charges, and timelines.

## Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote locations may take additional time and may be subject to a supplementary shipping charge. If delivery to your pin code is not available, our team will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order.

## Free Shipping

Orders with a total value of ₹50,000 or above are eligible for free shipping across India. For orders below ₹50,000, shipping charges will be calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

## Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the product category and your delivery location:

- Small accessories (dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mats): 3 to 7 business days
- Medium equipment (benches, spin bikes, ellipticals): 7 to 12 business days
- Large equipment (treadmills, multi-gyms, functional trainers, Smith machines): 10 to 18 business days
- Custom or made-to-order equipment: 15 to 30 business days

## Installation Services

For large fitness equipment that requires professional installation (treadmills, multi-gyms, cable machines, power racks, etc.), Luxe Fitness provides complimentary installation by our trained technicians. Installation is typically scheduled within 2 to 5 business days after delivery.

Our installation team will contact you to schedule a convenient appointment. Please ensure adequate space is prepared at the installation location before the scheduled date.

## Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on luxefitness.net.

## Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend that you inspect the product packaging for any visible damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any external damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at info@luxefitness.net or 080 4112 5757. Photographic evidence will help expedite any claims.

## Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, and government regulations. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
