The PSBP suits commercial gyms, strength and athletic facilities, hotel and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want a plate-loaded chest press that adjusts quickly on a shared floor. The 120 kg maximum user weight covers most members. ## Muscles worked and key exercises The press targets the pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids and triceps assisting. Pressing one arm at a time corrects strength imbalances between sides. ## Build quality and adjustment The arms pivot on commercial-rated sealed bearings with continuous welds, the backrest and seat adjust with pop-pins, the handgrips are dipped PVC, and the plate horns take standard Olympic plates. Like every Plate Load machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; continuous welds at all pivot points; and commercial-rated sealed bearings at every pivot. Resistance comes from the Olympic plates the facility already owns, loaded on the machine’s horns. ## Space and installation The PSBP measures 203 × 123 × 171 cm (80" × 49" × 67") (L × W × H). The PSBP measures 203 × 123 × 171 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.8 m clear on each side for loading plates and 0.6 m on the user side. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates are chosen separately. ## Care and maintenance Wipe the upholstery and handgrips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the pivot bearings, plate horns and lock-outs monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly. Book a service visit if any pivot develops play or noise. ## Why buy from Luxe Fitness?
