Knee rollers reduce compression on the legs and give proper support, and an oversized non-slip footstep improves the seated calf press for the gastrocnemius; the cylinder resists the lowering stroke too. It occupies 123 × 67 cm of floor. - Seated calf press - Knee rollers reduce leg compression - Oversized non-slip footstep - Six resistance levels - Low 67 cm profile The Steelflex CCP1300 is the calf press in Steelflex’s Hydraulic line for express circuit training, performing the calf press in a seated position to strengthen the gastrocnemius. Knee rollers decrease compression on the legs while giving proper support, and the oversized non-slip footstep enhances the workout’s effect on the calves; the two-way cylinder resists both the raise and the controlled lowering. ## Who is this machine for? The CCP1300 suits express and circuit-training gyms, ladies-only fitness centres, senior and rehabilitation programmes and corporate wellness rooms in India that want a calf station every member can use without plates. ## Muscles worked and key exercises With the knees bent, the seated calf press targets the soleus with the gastrocnemius assisting, building the lower leg and the ankle stability that walking and balance depend on. Six resistance levels suit every member. ## Build quality and adjustment The lever pivots on commercial-rated sealed bearings, the knee rollers are padded, the footstep is oversized and non-slip, the two-way cylinder has six levels, and the seat is 5 cm rebonded foam under cold-latex leather. Like every Hydraulic-line machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied grey-silver powder finish; a two-way hydraulic cylinder with six resistance levels in place of a weight stack; 5 cm of rebonded foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; high-density foam grips; commercial-rated sealed bearings at all pivot points; and high-density moulded plastic end caps. There are no plates or pins to change, so circuits move quickly and quietly. ## Space and installation The CCP1300 measures 123 × 67 × 67 cm (48" × 26" × 26") (L × W × H). The CCP1300 measures 123 × 67 × 67 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.6 m clear on the entry side. No power is needed.
