It delivers a complete upper- and lower-body workout in a compact design and is made for quiet, plate-free strength training at home: a single lever dials in 15 resistance levels from 10 to 150 percent of body weight, and a fixed press arm, high and low pulleys, a leg curl and extension station and an adjustable seat unlock hundreds of exercises, with a revolving straight bar and lat bar included. ## Who is this machine for? The Centr Body Weight Home Gym suits apartments and homes in India where noise, floor loading and plate storage rule out a weight stack, and families whose members range from beginners to strong lifters, since resistance scales to each user and the Centr app guides the programme. ## Stations and exercises The press arm trains the chest, shoulders and triceps; the high pulley the lats; the low pulley the back, biceps and hips; the leg station the quadriceps and hamstrings; free-rotating handles add flies. Every movement is loaded by a set percentage of the user’s weight. ## Build quality and adjustment The frame is heavy-duty steel in matte-black electrostatic powder coat, resistance is set by a one-handed slide through 15 levels, the seat is ergonomic with a multi-adjustable back cushion, and a revolving short bar and steel lat bar are included. The machine weighs 98 kg and is rated to a 136 kg user. Like every Inspire Fitness machine, it is built from heavy-duty steel with an electrostatic matte-black powder coat, polyurethane-coated steel cables on precision ball-bearing pulleys for Inspire’s smooth-glide, friction-free feel, and a 2:1 resistance ratio that gives long cable travel for functional movement. Inspire backs the frame with a limited lifetime warranty for home use. ## Space and installation The Body Weight measures 110 × 140 × 226 cm (43" × 55" × 89") (L × W × H). The gym measures 110 × 140 cm (W × L) and up to 226 cm tall. Allow about 0.6 m clear at the seat and at least 2.4 m of ceiling height. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the gym. ## Care and maintenance Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session. They are the same machine: Centr, which owns Inspire Fitness, sells the BL1 as the Centr Body Weight Home Gym with its app programmes. Luxe Fitness supplies both. ### How does a body-weight gym create resistance? The user sits on a sliding carriage and the lever changes how much of their body weight the cables lift, from 10 to 150 percent, so resistance scales automatically to each person. ### What warranty does the Centr Body Weight have in India? Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase. ### What is the price of the Centr Body Weight home gym machine in India? Pricing depends on configuration, delivery location and installation needs.
