# Cancellation Policy

## Overview

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel an order placed on Luxe Fitness.

## Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

- Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the product has not yet been dispatched
- For orders that have been dispatched but not yet delivered, cancellation may be possible but a shipping and handling fee of up to 5% of the order value may be deducted
- Orders for custom-built or made-to-order equipment cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
- For large equipment where installation has been scheduled, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date

## Cancellation by Luxe Fitness

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information was listed erroneously on the website
- The order is suspected to be fraudulent
- The delivery location is not serviceable

## How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email at info@luxefitness.net or by calling 080 4112 5757 / 080 4112 5656. Please have your order number ready. You may also request cancellation through your account dashboard on our website.

## Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery that were cancelled after dispatch, any applicable deductions will be communicated before the refund is processed.
